Location: Harley Davidson – Powertrain Operation, 11700 W. Capitol Drive, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

4:35 pm Meeting Called to Order

Matt Redmann began the meeting by welcoming us to Harley Davidson and showing  a film on the history of the Harley Davidson Company, which included a quick introduction to what is manufactured at the Capitol Drive facility.

The special guest was Steve Laughlin, CHMM, CET of CJ & K Training Services, presenting on the topic “MYTHBUSTERS for the EHS Professional”.  He entertained the audience with his creative discussion of some common myths from RCRA, DOT and Training rules and regulations.  Steve has given presentations at past ACHMM conventions and plans to present at the upcoming annual meeting in Washington D.C.  The high energy and obvious passion for the topics was enjoyed by all in attendance.
