Standard Procedure

Title: Review & Maintenance of Chapter Website

Purpose:

The purpose of this standard procedure is to establish a regular review of the chapter website, and provide a mechanism to update and make corrections to

the content.

Procedure:

The Promotion Committee shall review the website and report to the chapter president at each chapter board meeting.

The report shall include the following

items:

• Whether the chapter website is accessible through the link on the FET website

• Whether the content of the chapter website is up to date regarding

•    announcements, program schedules and posting of minutes

• Whether the hot links on the chapter website are operating

• Recommendations of new content to be added to, or content removed from, the chapter website.

This includes the addition or removal of features or  links

This procedure is not intended to limit the number of times the promotion committee reviews and updates the chapter website.

The chapter secretary shall note in the minutes for each board meeting that the status and adequacy of the web-site was reviewed at each chapter board

meeting.

As the chapter board meets a minimum of three times per year, this procedure will ensure that the website is maintained in an up to date and functional

condition.
